[resolved] Order Details with 0% Taxes dissappears

I have a problem with the Order Details. Here in Germany it is possible unter specific circumstances to sell without taxes.
The Problem is, when it is with 0% Taxes then it doesn't show the ordered Product in the "Order Confirmation Mail" and also not in "MY Orders". But the Total Price ist correctly.
Just nobody can see what he ordered.
What can I do?

we'll look into that issue, sounds like a bug.
Are all the products in your store eligible to be sold without sales tax or does this apply only to some of them?

all the Products are without taxes which mean 0% taxes.

I just checked it with the current version 1.3.8.
The items with 0% tax so show up in the order details section in the backend.
But it's missing in the order confirmation email, so this is a confirmed bug:
