[resolved] minor bug with "Skip payment step" option enabled

When it is enabled:
SC Configuration -> Checkout -> Skip payment step if there is only one selection. (And Skip shipping step if there is only one selection is also enabled.)
initially /home/checkout/ steps are:
- Address
- Payment
- Overview
Obviously, the "button" Payment should not be there.
When proceeding from Address to Overview, on the Overview page the button Payment is gone, as expected.
