Tutorial for implementing custom themes is available

a new tutorial is available that describes how you can write custom themes for SilverCart and/or adjust the CSS definitions.

We're looking forward to your feedback. If you have questions / proposals or find errors just drop us a line here.
By the way, screenshots will be implemented soon as we're tailoring a much nicer standard theme for SilverCart at the moment.
