Cookie 'alc_enc' can't be set

When I try to install SilverCart to a minimal installation following the documentation at I get this error on dev/build:
[User Warning] Cookie 'alc_enc' can't be set. The site started outputting was content at line 677 in [edit]/sapphire/core/model/Database.php
Any ideas? Thanks
Edit: nevermind, fixed this by clearning all session and domain cookies then re-running dev/build. This should be noted in docs?

this is a known silverstripe bug. It has nothing to do with silvercart. We are waiting for a fix too.
