I have installed SC v.1.3.1 Full
When I choose widget to edit I see only this and nothing happens. Why?

we never ran across something like that yet. Have you checked ss.log, error.log and php.log for any entries after this occured? Do I get it right, that this happens with each and every widget you open?

The problem is not permanent. Some widgets can be edited - some not.
